Returns are accepted only for products that are not functioning, provided they are in their original condition, undamaged and unaltered, with all contents and in the same condition as when delivered. If there are any signs of disassembly or repair, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances. The customer has the right to receive the product again after paying the shipping fees, or to refuse the return without returning the product or shipment.
